We have heard learned AGP and also Mr. Tambe, advocate for Respondents no. 23, 24, 26, 31, 34 and 38. Even otherwise, the non-applicants can controvert

In the light of above, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application no. 13375 of 2019 shall be considered at the time of hearing the writ petition for admission. Place the writ petition for admission on 19th November, 2019.
