Ms.Talekar, learned advocate for the applicants, seeks to delete the prayer clause (I) to (K) of the writ petition with liberty to agitate the same in an independent proceeding. We have also heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. Leave to delete prayer clauses (I) to (K) of the writ petition is granted. The applicants/ petitioners may take up the proceeding as may be permissible in law.

This Civil Application No.12515/2019 is, accordingly, disposed of.
