Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that despite grant of earlier parole, he is not released on bail till today and now by way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole period. However, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was not released as per the earlier parole order as one of the sureties refused to execute the bond. However, learned A.P.P. further disclosed that respondent No.2 has now granted fresh parole to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 18 June 2025 subject to certain conditions.

As such, nothing survives in this petition and it stands disposed of.
