This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent no. 1 Committee to take decision on the caste validation claim in respect of petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

In the meanwhile, respondents 2 and 3 shall not take any coercive action against petitioner. Petitioner also shall be permitted to appear for the examination.
