The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. The petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lac only), and on that basis was granted protection.

It appears that the petitioner has not deposited the amount and enjoyed the interim protection. Now, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
