Heard learned counsel for the the applicants and learned A.G.P. for the respondent State. Original claimant died leaving behind the present applicants as legal heirs. The applicants had no knowledge about filing of the proceeding in the court and therefore, delay has been occurred in filing the present civil application. 2.
