Heard learned counsel for the the applicants and learned A.G.P. for the respondent State. Original claimants died leaving behind the present applicants as legal heirs. The applicants had no knowledge about filing of the proceeding in the court and therefore, delay has been occurred in filing the present civil applications. 2.

Learned A.G.P. has strongly resisted the applications and more particularly the civil application Nos. 16343 of 2016.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the civil applications, all civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B" and the same are disposed of accordingly.
