This civil application is, therefore, allowed. List all the connected writ petitions for final hearing on 18/01/2018. It be noted that in the event of demise of any of the litigating sides as is being orally conveyed to this Court by the learned Advocates, the petitioners shall take steps for bringing the LR's on record before the returnable date and this would not be a ground for seeking an adjournment in the final hearing.
