This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Rohit H. Dahat, learned counsel for the appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the concerned learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, passed in concerned Motor Accident Claim Petition.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 4.

The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court, be transferred to the concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued and on receiving the transferred amount, the concerned learned Member, M.A.C.T., shall pay the same, according to law.

The amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company as per the award in this Court be transferred to MACT. 6.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 7.
