Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, makes statement that the defendant/petitioner would lead his evidence before Trial Court within a period of three months.

Time is granted to the defendant to lead evidence within this period. In no circumstances, the time would be extended by the Trial Court. If defendant fails to lead any evidence within this time, his right to lead evidence shall stand forfeited. Suit is expedited be disposed off as early as possible in any case within six months. (R.
