PER COURT:

This court under order dated 12.7.2019 allowed the applicants to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount on furnishing undertaking and remaining 50% amount on producing bank guarantee. It is to be noted that this court passed the aforesaid order after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant. At this juncture, it would preposterous to appreciate that there are difficulties for the applicants to get bank guarantee for withdrawal of rest of the balance amount. In such circumstances, the application being devoid of merit deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
