Learned AGP submits that though it was merely a matter of issuance of tribe certificate in form 'C' since earlier that was issued to the petitioner was not in the correct form, it is only inadvertently, the order was passed as if the certificate was being claimed for the first time.

Learned AGP submits that the respondent no. 3 who is the competent authority is present in person and apologies for the error. On instructions, he submits that the certificate in the correct form would be issued to the petitioner by tomorrow. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.
