The petitioner was seeking implementation of the order dated 11-04-2018 passed by this Court in writ petition no. 10301 of 2012 wherein several directions were given to settle the dispute regarding petitioner's claim in respect of development plan passing through his property.

It appears that pursuant to such direction, the committee was constituted which submitted a report. There is also a correspondence made by the petitioner by addressing a letter to the respondent-corporation dated 23-06-2022 expressing his readiness to settle the consent terms by consenting for receiving the T.D.R. In affidavit in reply paragraph 16, respondent-corporation has expressly stated that if the petitioner is ready to give consent for accepting T.D.R.

2 WP / 14162 / 2019 as per his letter dated 23-06-2022, the same can be considered for one time settlement of the dispute.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the parties to settle the consent terms / one time settlement as was permitted by this Court in the order dated 11-04-2018 passed in writ petition no. 10301 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within eight weeks.
