Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State. Already charge-sheet is filed. The Investigating Officer has recorded statements of the witnesses. In that view of the matter, at this stage, we do not wish to entertain this

However, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to approach the concerned Court, by way of filing appropriate application for discharge, within four weeks from today. In case such application is filed and charge is not framed, the concerned Court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however within six weeks from filing such application.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
