Learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties submit that the dispute in appeal is as regards to quantum of compensation and parties are exploring possibility of settlement. However, interregnum they agree that the amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakh) be permitted to be withdrawn by the claimant subject to the usual undertaking. 3.

Considering the statement as made, the application is partly allowed. At present, applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakh) subject to condition that he furnishes usual undertaking to the Registrar (Judicial) of this
