The learned counsel submits that petitioners had moved an application under Section 155 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the Tahasildar on 30.05.2014, but the cognizance is not taken.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 to 4 and submits that, in case the application is pending, the authority will take decision upon it on its own merits.

In view of the above, in case, application is filed by petitioners under Section 155 of M.L.R.C. (Exhibit-G, Page 58) and if the same is pending with the Tahasildar, then the Tahasildar

(2) 2-wp-1466-2019 shall take decision upon it on its own merits after hearing the parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
