PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioners have put forth prayer cause "A", as under:- "A) Issue Writ of Mandamus and/or other appropriate Writ or Order thereby direct the Respondent- Sub Divisional Officer, Kannad, Dist. Aurangabad to issue fresh Tribe Certificate being "Koli Malhar" Schedule Tribe in proper format i.e. Form-C, as prescribe under Maharashtra Schedule Tribe (Issuance of Certificate and Verification of) Rules 2003 framed under Maharashtra Act No. 23 of 2001, as early as possible." 2.

The petitioners have already tendered their original certificates to the respondents for seeking fresh certificates in Form C.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioners would be issued with Form C certificates, after verifying the authenticity of the original certificates tendered, on or before 30.12.2022. 4.

Considering the above submissions, these petitions are disposed off.
