The present civil application is filed by the applicant praying for issuance of notice to respondent on the address given in the application. The notice issued to respondent is returned unserved on the ground that the then Branch Manager is retired. In view of the above, it is desirable to re-issue notice to the respondent on the given address. Hence order.

Issue notice to the respondent Maharashtra State CoOperative Land Development Bank, Branch Parbhani through its District Manager returnable on or before next date in C.A. No.2157/1995 and also in S.A. No.162/1995.
