PER COURT :- The application is filed for condonation of delay of 118 days caused in filing the proceeding for grant of leave to file appeal against the Judgment and order of Sessions Case No. 52/2016 passed by Sessions Judge, Dhule dated 01.06.2018 against the applicant. The appellant is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs. 500/-. Notice is given. 2.

Both the sides are heard.

In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
