Learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, however, pursues this Court to expedite the trial.

Considering the fact that the applicant is behind bar from 15.6.2023 and the fact that the case is committed on 2.9.2023, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to expeditiously frame the charge and conclude the trial within a period of one year from today.
