Mr. Mote, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to to appear for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5, and power would be filed in the office today itself. The learned counsel invited our attention to the instructions received by him through communication dated 26.02.2019 along with a copy of the cheque issued in favour of C.A. & F.O., Zilla Parishad, Jalna to the tune of Rs.5,22,652/- .

Ms. Ansari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was fair enough to submit before us that the amount in turn is also received by the petitioner, as such, the grievance raised in
