Heard learned counsel for applicants and respondent No. 1.

Considering the nature of litigation, permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw 75% compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest thereon deposited in this Court by the respondent Insurance Company, subject to filing of written undertaking to re-deposit the same as and when directed by this Court.

Undertaking be filed within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.

Registrar (Judicial) shall not consider the previous order dated 1.7.2013 passed by this Court regarding withdrawal of compensation.

Applicant No. 1 is permitted to withdraw the above amount on behalf of all the claimants.
