Heard learned AGP for the applicants. He refers to contents of applications and states that it is under the circumstances, delay has been caused. He submits that delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Same has been caused under the circumstances referred to.

Learned counsel for respondents Mr. Gundre purports to resist, however, is not in a position to dispute veracity of contents of the applications.

In view of aforesaid and also taking into account delay has been accounted for, it would be expedient to condone the delay.

As such, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and are disposed of.
