After hearing this matter for sometime, learned Counsel for petitioners seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application for appointment of Court Commissioner after clarifying the issue of boundaries of two pieces of lands, admeasuring 76R and 73R from Gut No.40.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. If any applications are filed, same shall decided in accordance with law, without being influenced by filing of writ petition in this Court.
