The learned AGP submits that the order for wrongful use of vehicle would be passed within two weeks by the competent authority. 2.

In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer so also the Tahsildar, before the Appellate Authority. 3.

The appellant is also at liberty to move application before the Sub Divisional Officer for release of the vehicle and the Sub Divisional Officer to decide the same in accordance with law. 4.
