After arguing for some time, this Court find it appropriate, in the interest of justice, to dispose of the Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority under Section 256 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and the proviso thereunder. He shall made prayer for release of the vehicles before the Appellate Authority.
