The petitioner - institution is seeking reimbursement of the tuition fees, examination fees etc. of the scheduled caste students who undertook A.N.M. course during the years 2010 - 2011 to 2013 - 2014. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner merely seeks a similar direction as was issued in writ petition no. 12710 of 2023 vide order dated 11-10-2023 (page 19). The learned AGP points out that the claim suffers from delay and laches. 3.

Keeping open the issue regarding the delay and laches, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents to consider the petitioner's claim on its own merits and if it is held entitled to have the reimbursement in the light of the Government policy and the resolution,

2 WP / 13814 / 2023 shall reimburse it as expeditiously as possible. The decision shall be taken within four weeks.
