Heard. Though the LRs of deceased-Respondent No.1 are duly served and though the learned counsel appeared on their behalf and sought time to file the Vakalatnama, however, none present for them. The matter pertains to tenancy issue. Though there is a considerable delay in filing the application, however, the proposed LRs of the deceased-Respondent No.1 have not contesting the application, for the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application No.1755 of 2017 allowed in terms of prayer clauses '
