The Petitioner is still in employment. Between 01/07/1989 and 09/07/1989, he had tendered a leave application and proceeded on leave. Respondent No.3/Management did not grant him leave. The Education Officer is terming this period as a gap in service. The representation of the Petitioner dated 27/09/2023 is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Beed, to deal with the said representation of the

14211.23wp (2) Petitioner, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and pass a reasoned order within 60 days.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he would be at liberty to assail the same before the Competent Authority.
