17069.22CA applicant submits that the delay caused in filing the present Civil Application is not intentional and deliberate, therefore, considering the said fact, the present Civil Application may be allowed by condoning the delay in filing the present Application.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside.

4] Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
