Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has original electronic record available on the basis of which he can comply with Section 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act and bring the originals before the learned Family Court.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of. Needless to state, the petitioner as a litigant is liable to comply with the provisions of Law and bring forth electronic evidence as is permissible.
