This petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 21/6/2023, passed in Writ Petition No.5716/2021. The relevant paragraph of the order reads as under :- "2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the competent authority that the timeline prescribed under the Act would be strictly followed and the payment of compensation would be completed within the said time."

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the answering respondent tenders affidavit-in-reply of respondent No.4, tendering unconditional apology and further stating in paragraph No.16 of the affidavit-in-reply that, the deponent is diligently pursuing the land acquisition proceedings and is earnestly assuring this Court that the entire land acquisition proceedings would be completed by the deponent expeditiously within a period of 6 months as per timeframe stipulated in the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013." 3.
