Leave to add the 'Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad' as Respondent No.3. Addition be carried out forthwith. 2.

The Petitioner would complete the formality of tendering the certified copy of the erroneous 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe Certificate to Respondent No.3/ Sub Divisional Officer, Osmanabad. Thereafter, the Sub Divisional Officer would issue the corrected certified within 30 days. After receiving such certificate, the Petitioner would tender the same to the Competent Committee within 30 days and participate in the

14203.23wp (2) adjudication of his claim before the Committee, wholeheartedly, and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest, the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stages in the proceedings. 3.

The Committee would decide the claim of the Petitioner, on or before 30/09/2024.

This Writ Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
