The applicants seek to withdraw Rs. 6,86,913/- deposited in the matter of Syed Razzaq Sayed Hakim and Rs. 16,01,531/- deposited in the matter of Sayed Ashraf Ali Syed Wajir. It is submitted that in identical matters pertaining to the acquisition in respect of Ahmednagar-Beed-Parali railway track this Court permitted the claimants to receive 100% of the amount on furnishing undertaking.

Learned Mr. Talhar, D.S.G.I. submits that 100% of the withdrawal may 1/2

There are near about 600 matters in which the reference Court awarded the compensation within four times from the compensation of the Special Land Acquisition Officer. Learned Mr. Talhar in those matters assure this Court to take effective steps in respect of settlement of the matters. These are the left out matters. I am inclined to follow the same course permitting the applicants to receive the amount deposited in this Court. 5.

The Civil Applications are allowed permitting the claimants/ applicants to receive above referred amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. ( SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.) mkd/- 2/2
