Though by order dated 30.07.2018 the petitioner was permitted to add institution as a party respondent on 10.09.2018 none appears for the petitioners. 3.

Considering the order of this Court dated 30.07.2018 the period was extended by one week to carry out the amendment. The amendment was not carried out. The matter was again posted before this Court on 08.10.2018. On that day the learned counsel prayed for two weeks time to carry out the amendment. Two weeks time was granted. Again the matter was posted before this Court on 19.11.2018 and again request was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for grant of time to carry out the amendment. At the request of the learned counsel time was granted as a last chance. Again on 13.12.2018 time was granted to the petitioner to carry out the amendment to take steps within two weeks.

Today neither the learned counsel for the petitioner is present nor the amendment is carried out. 5.

It seems that the petitioners are not at all interested in prosecuting the petition. Inspite of various opportunities are granted till date, the amendment is not carried out.
