1] At the request of learned counsel for the applicants, leave is granted to make corrections in the cause title of the civil applications. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

2] Learned counsel for the applicants in these civil applications states that the entire amount is deposited in First Appeal No.48/2018 and, therefore, the Board indicates as against other matters that the deposit is

CA 14059/17 in FA 46/18 & others - 2 - yet to be made.

3] If this is correct, then all these civil applications for withdrawal of amount are allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount by filing an undertaking that such withdrawal will abide by the final orders in these appeals.

4] The civil applications for withdrawal are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
