Heard Mr. Kolpe, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 10.08.2022 passed by the learned Member Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court Mumbai, Bench at Aurangabad in Appeal No.33 of 2022, whereby the appeal filed by respondent nos.1A and 1B came to be allowed and the matter was remanded back to the Judge Co-operative Court, Latur.

Mr. Kolpe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the evidence is already commenced.

In view of the fact that the dispute is of the year 2018, the Judge, Co-operative Court is directed to decide the dispute within a period of six months from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
