After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners in both the petitions for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the petitions, at that time learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to file a fresh application before the Trial Court by including interest part and cost of litigation as objection raised by the original complainant before the learned trial court. 2.
