Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant filed criminal case against the respondent alleging that the dates mentioned in the letter and experience certificate is incorrect. The applicant absolutely has no case that both documents were forged. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the Court is satisfied that absolutely no crime. The Court is made out. The Court has also gone through the impugned orders of the learned Magistrate as well as the Sessions Court. Both Courts are legally correct and perfect. Therefore, the petition stands dismissed at the admission stage without notice to the respondent.
