The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking limited relief in the present writ petition i.e. direct the Education Officer (Secondary) to decide his representation / application (page no. 36).

In case, application filed by the petitioner (page no. 36) is pending with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
