The office objections were not removed. Hence the writ petition was dismissed.

However, the petitioner has explained the negligence. It was an inadvertent mistake. Delay is also not so long. Hence, for the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, i) Civil application is allowed.

ii) Delay caused in preferring an application stands condoned. iii) Writ petition be restored to its original position on the condition that office objections be removed within two weeks.
