The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is disqualified. He has filed appeal before the Divisional Commissioner on 14.10.2019. The said appeal is not considered. The respondents are proceeding further with the election of the post held by the petitioner. 2.

The Commissioner where the appeal is pending shall decide the said appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from today. 4.
