Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Latur against the proclamation published on 17.11.2022.

Both the learned Counsel submits that the revision is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Latur. 4.

This Court vide its order dated 16.12.2022 protected the petitioner.

As the interim protection is in force since 16.12.2022, it is desirable to direct the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the revision itself on its own merit.

The interim protectioin granted by this Court to continue till
