ORDER :

The matter was referred for mediation and the learned Mediator has submitted compromise pursis that has been entered into between the parties. The Mediation is successful. Though we had not granted today's date for presenting the parties before this Court, the applicant No.1 and respondent No.2 are present. The other applicants are absent. There is no question of identification of the other applicants. They both reiterate the terms of settlement. Applicant No.1 has deposited one time permanent alimony amount before the Family Court, Aurangabad through Demand Draft. We allow respondent No.2 to withdraw the said amount. Respondent No.2 has no objection for quashing of the proceedings and the FIR. Therefore, in view of the settlement, we proceed to pass the following order :-

ORDER

I) Criminal Application stands allowed.

II) The FIR vide Crime No.350 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023 registered with Pachod Police Station, District Aurangabad as well as the proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.95 of 2025, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Paithan, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable under [2]

Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, stands quashed and set aside as against the present applicants.
