1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] I am informed that the Deputy Charity Commissioner has formulated the scheme under Section 50A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act and that the petitioners have filed two Appeals i.e. Appeal Nos.75/2023 and 79/2023 before the Joint Charity Commissioner, challenging the said scheme. Since two Appeals are pending, the issue raised can be canvassed before the Joint Charity Commissioner and Joint charity Commissioner is directed to decide the Appeals including all interim applications in time bound manner, preferably within 6 months from the date of production of this order. 3] The parties to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on 05.04.2024 and the parties would not seek unnecessary adjournment in the pending appeals before the Joint Charity Commissioner.

4] All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 5] It is noticed that in the event the appeals are

not proceeded further before the Joint Charity Commissioner, liberty to mention the matter.

6] With the above observations, the present writ petitions are disposed of.
