We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 and the learned AGP.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has raised objection to the seniority list prepared by the respondent/institution.

In case objection is raised to the seniority list, the Education Officer/competent authority has is to decide it in accordance with Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

In the light of that, respondent no.2 shall decide the objection raised by the petitioner to the seniority list, expeditiously, on its own merits, preferably within four months after hearing all affected persons.
