Despite granting an opportunity and even until uploading of the judgment dated 05.01.2023, the direction issued by this Court in paragraph 1 of the said judgment permitting the petitioner to delete respondent Nos.3 and 4, has not been complied with.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would donate an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the Bombay High Court Advocates' Association, Bench at Aurangabad, within two weeks.
