The conduct of the applicant shows that he used to remain absent and tried to protract the trial. Even for committal, the learned Magistrate had to issue NBW. Then he was committed to the Sessions Court. The Sessions Court had also issued NBW against the applicant. Considering his conduct and misuse of the liberty granted to him, the learned Sessions Court recording the reasons in detail rejected his bail application. The conduct of the applicant itself is a ground to deny the bail. That apart, only investigation officer remained to be examined. The case is likely to be concluded in a
