On going through the impugned judgment and order this court finds that the learned JMFC has rightly passed the order. By keeping it open for the prosecution to prove the documents filed by the Investigating Officer after filing of the charge-sheet, also witness summon can be issued to the concerned Doctor.

In this view of the matter, this court finds that no case is made out calling for interference at the hands of this court.

The criminal application stands rejected and disposed off.
