Mr.A.M. Karad, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner-Institution has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of one Smt.Aisha Iqbal Mohd. Iqbal as Senior Clerk (Exh.B) which is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said proposal is pending with respondent No.2, respondent No.2- Education Officer the same on its own merits.

In case the proposal (Exh.B to the petition) is pending with respondent No.2 then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with

wp12252-2015 law expeditiously and preferably within four months. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
